Wednesday evening classes are $10 per person with a JID membership and starting July 2, 2008, will be held at Mississippi Ballet Theatre Performing Arts Center in Clinton, MS. The afternoon starts with a set dancing workshop for adults and teens (the West Kerry Set) with Máirtín de Cógáin from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at Fenian's Irish Pub, 901 E. Fortification St., Jackson. $10 for JID or CHS members; $12 non-members. (Admission price also gets you in to the evening concert.)

Workshop is followed by our Mostly Monthly Céilí with Máirtín de Cógáin, from 3-5 p.m., also at Fenian’s. Free; no smoking; all ages.

Followed by an evening concert at Fenian's with Máirtín and Jimmy Crowley; there is an admission charge for the concert.

April 6, 13, 27 and May 4, 2008:

Adult and teen (ages 16 and up; younger students with permission) set dancing and céilí dancing class series, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. each Sunday. $7 per person or $5 for JID members.
